COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Manning Systems EC-F2-NH3-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microe-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Measurements product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microe-Systems such as the Mercury2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52001997 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA06500BH120 by Manufacturer Micro-Measurements as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Msa Brand 458169 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Midas such as T001 equipment made by Midas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Midas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Midas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RPS30214WMY made by Migatron-Corp as well as the popular DMB12TGACJNHF54 original spares produced by Mks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPS150A40 by Migatron-Corp and T001 spares by Midas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVI2AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Masoneilan. |
